All products are made to order to reduce overproduction. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, including for orders placed with incorrect product selections.

Orders may be changed or canceled only if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or Instagram DM.

If an item arrives damaged, please provide photo proof within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, a replacement will be sent.

Emi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
